This is an 8' LED T8 that is power selectable and color selectable, not to mention it has a universal base for replacing Fa8 single-pin or R17d high output lamps! Choose between 24W, 32W and 40W as well as color temps of 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K and 6500K. It is also a connectable 8' LED T8 - it ships in 4' sections that easily connect together, making shipping a lot easier than sending the long 8' bulbs. Full glass housing with no aging, bending or yellowing. Bypasses the ballast and wires direct on 120-277V via double-end wiring. Non-flickering
