Finally an LED T8 that bypasses the ballast and is an Amber color that blocks UV rays. Amber coating on the lamps blocks light under 520nm wavelength. Designed for use in clean rooms, manufacturing plants, photolithography and other applications where blocking UV light rays is critical. Constructed with a polycarbonate lens, making it shatterproof. Amber coating eliminates any need to use a tube cover and also deters bugs from entering the fixture. Flicker-free, instant-on and no need for a ballast. Type B ballast bypass style that is installed via double-end wiring, making it unnecessary to change out the sockets. 18W 1800 lumens, 180° beam spread and works from -4°F to 113°F.
