GE Current is always putting out innovative lighting solutions to fit the needs of consumers. This is a unique one as it is a Hybrid LED Driver that operates Type A LED tubes to create a UL Type C system. The drivers are non-dimmable and power various Type A lamps from Current. The advantage of this is that this allows users to put in a Type C system without major renovations to their fixtures, which is a boon for rebates as Type C systems tend to yield the most of all the retrofit options. It also allows for a way to convert existing Type A systems that are utilizing GE Current tubes to the more efficient Type C system.
