Current by GE has a line of LED PAR lamps that includes PAR20 lights. They have standard 7W 500 lumen LED PAR20 lights for replacing 50W halogens, but they also have a 10W 900 lumen HO LED PAR20 that is a 100W equivalent. Dimmable with a 90+ CRI.
