LED Plug-In Lamps

If you have inefficient CFL Plug-in lamps, you have more than one option when considering going to LED. For a quick install to LED, you can use Type A LED PLs that utilize the existing CFL ballast (but when the ballast dies out, you will have to replace it in order for the LED PL to work). For more savings you can retrofit the fixture, taking out the existing CFL ballast and installing a Type B LED PL lamp that runs on line voltage directly in the fixture.
